Ð ًًٖۡۡﺑﺎذﻧﻪو . ) ٣٣ :٤٥ - ٤٦( O Prophet! We have sent you forth as a witness, a bearer of good ti dings , and a warner and as one who shall call [people] to God by His permission and as a shining lamp [for the guidance of mankind.] (33:45- 46) Preaching Obligation of Rulers ۡۡوﻟﺘﻜﻦ ۡ ﻣﻨ ﻳٌﻣﺔ ۡﻜﻢ ۡۡﺪﻋﻮ ﻟﺨ. Kw ۡۡن ۡﻣﺮو ۡﺎ ? و ﻳ ۡۡۡن ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻌﺮو ۡﻨﻬ فو ﻳ ۡﻮنﻋﻦ ۡۡﻟﻤﻨ @° و )ﻚﻫ & وﻟ ۡۡۡﻢ ﻟﻤﻔﻠﺤﻮ ن . ) ٣ : ١٠٤ ( And there should be a group among you who invite [people] towards righteousness, enjoin good and forbid evil. And only [those who make this arrangement] shall achieve salvation.
