www.javedahmadghamidi.com www.al-mawrid.org Selections from the Qur’ ā n 84 ﻔﺴﻬﻦ 2 KX ﻓﺎذ ﺑﻠﻐﻦ ﺟﻠﻬﻦ ﻓﻶﻹ ﺟﻨﺎح ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻓﻌﻠﻦ ~ @q ًۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۤۡو ﻋ ﻌﻤﻠﻮن k ٰۡۡۡۡۡﺑﺎﻟﻤﻌﺮوف و ﷲ#" ﺑﻤﺎ ٌۡ ﺧﺒ.? . @ﺿﺘﻢ Æ ۡۡۡۡۡو ﻵﻹ ﺟﻨﺎح ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻢ ﷲ#" ﻧﻜﻢ ﻔﺴﻜﻢ 2 KX ﻨﻨﺘﻢ c ٰٖۡۡۡۡۡۤۡۡۡۡۡﺑﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻄﺒﺔ ﻟﻨﺴﺂء و ﻘﻮﻟﻮ ﻗﻮﻵﻹ ﻣﻌﺮو k @ ﻵﻹ ن Ð @وﻧﻬﻦ و ﻟﻜﻦ ﻵﻹ ﺗﻮ ﻋﺪوﻫﻦ A ًًٰۡۡۤۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۡﺳﺘﺬ و ﻵﻹ à ًﻓﺎ ﻌﻠﻢﻣﺎ S "# ﻳﺒﻠﻎ ﻟﻜﺘﺐ ﺟﻠﻪ و ﻋﻠﻤﻮ ن ﷲ uÈ ﺎحﺣ • ﻌﺰﻣﻮ ﻋﻘﺪة ﻟﻨ kٰۡۡۡۤۡۡۡ Pٰٰۡۡ و ﻋﻠﻤﻮ ن ﷲ#"ﻏﻔﻮرﺣﻠﻴﻢ ~ ﻔﺴﻜﻢﻓﺎﺣﺬروه 2 KXٌٌٰۡۡۡۡۡۤۡۡۡۤۡ . )٢ : ٢٣٤ - ٢٣٥ ( And those of y ou wh o die and leave widows behind, they should wait for four months and ten days. Then when they have ful filled their term, there is no blame on you abo ut ha t they do with themselves in accordance with the norms [of society]. And God is well acquainted with what you do. And there is also no blame on you if you tacitly send a marriage proposal to these women or h ld it in your hearts. God well knows that you will soon ention it to them. [Do so] but do not make a secret promise. Of course you can say something in accordance with the norms [of society]. And do not decide to marry till the law reaches its term. And keep in mind that God has knowledge of what is in your hearts; so, be fearful of Him and bear in mind that God is Most Forgiving and Most Forbearing.
