www.javedahmadghamidi.com www.al-mawrid.org Selections from the Qur’ ā n 11 The Source of Religion ﻴﻬﻢو c رﺳﻮﻵﻹ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻳﺘﻠﻮ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﻳﺘﻪ و ﻳﺰ 4. ﻵﻹﻣ KX ﻌﺚ e ًٰٰٖٖۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۡﻫﻮ ﻟﺬي ﻌﻠﻤﻬﻢ ﻟﻜﺘﺐو ﻟﺤﻜﻤﺔ Sٰۡۡۡ . ) ٢:٦٢ ( It is He who has sent among the unlettered a Messenger from among themselves who recites out to them His revelations and purifies them and [for this objective] h e instructs them in divine law and in wisdom. (62:2) Essenc e of Religion ۡۡوﻣﺎﺧﻠﻘﺖ ﻟ ۡۡۡۡﺠﻦو ﻵﻹﻧﺲ ﻵﻹﻟﻴﻌﺒﺪون . ) ٥٦:٥١ ( And I created jinnkind and mankind only that they worship Me. (51:56) Contents of Religion ﻌﻠﻢ و ﺎن k ٰٰۡۡۡۡۡۡۡۡو ﻧﺰل ﷲ#" ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﻟﻜﺘﺐ و ﻟﺤﻜﻤﺔ و ﻋﻠﻤﻚ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﻦ ۡﻓﻀﻞ ًٰۡۡ ﷲ#"ﻋﻠﻴﻚﻋﻈﻴﻤﺎ . ) ١١٣:٤ ( And God has revealed to you the Law and Wisdom and in this manner taught you what you did not know before, and great is God’s favour upon you.
